Payment Workflow

Step	Action
1. Order received	Email arrives at nate@oblivionscience.com from orders@oblivionscience.com
2. Log the order	Add to Orders panel above with status "Pending Payment"
3. Check for payment	Open CashApp / Venmo / Zelle and match memo to order number
4. Verify & update	Mark order as "Paid" once payment confirmed
5. Fulfill & ship	Pack order, drop off, mark "Shipped" with tracking number
6. Complete	Mark "Complete" once delivered

⚠ Payment memo rule: Customers are instructed to use ONLY their order number as the memo. If a payment arrives with no memo or an unrecognizable memo, cross-reference the amount and approximate time against recent orders.
