All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours or less of payment verification. Most orders ship the same day or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 on all orders. Orders totaling $200 or more qualify for free shipping automatically — no code required.
We ship via USPS from within the United States. All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no reference to Oblivion Science or product contents on the outside of the package. The return address is a generic business address. We are committed to your privacy.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature during transit and do not require cold shipping. All products are packaged securely to prevent physical damage during delivery. Upon receipt, store your peptides according to the guidelines on your Certificate of Analysis.
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We plan to expand internationally in the future.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at orders@oblivionscience.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at orders@oblivionscience.com.
