All products are labeled and sold strictly as "For Research Use Only — Not for Human or Animal Consumption." Misuse of these products may constitute a federal crime under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and may subject you to serious legal liability.
You expressly agree NOT to: administer any product to a human being (including yourself); administer any product to any animal outside an approved, IACUC-supervised research protocol; resell any product for human or animal consumption; represent our products as approved drugs or dietary supplements; or remove, alter, or obscure any "Research Use Only" labeling.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Oblivion Science. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we believe may be for non-research purposes. Prices are in US dollars and subject to change. Payment is processed securely by third-party PCI-compliant processors. We do not store credit card information.
We ship to locations where purchase and possession of research chemicals is lawful. It is your responsibility to verify legality in your jurisdiction before ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. If a shipment is seized by customs due to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, we cannot issue a refund. All products are shipped with cold-chain packaging.
Due to the nature of research compounds and cold-chain requirements, we do not accept returns of opened products. If you receive a product that is materially different from what was ordered, or arrives with compromised cold-chain integrity, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at research@oblivionscience.com with photos and your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We provide batch-specific COAs for all products reflecting independent third-party testing results for that specific lot. COAs are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a warranty beyond the stated lot.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OBLIVION SCIENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oblivion Science LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: your use of our products or website; your violation of these Terms; your violation of applicable law; or any misuse of our products including use for human or animal consumption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, under American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
